I had a blast cycling to Colossi of Memnon, enjoying the air-conditioned rooms, sipping drinks at the bar, and feasting on the delicious a la carte breakfast. The airport shuttle service was definitely worth the extra bucks.
Oh, I just loved how the plumbing in the bathroom was so terrible, turning every shower into a refreshing room flood. So charming!

The hostel's location is excellent, just a few steps away from the bus and train stations, making it very convenient for transportation. the receptionists and staff were helpful and easy-going, providing assistance with contacting guides and finding the bus station. the rooms were simple yet spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. the hostel also had a nice terrace to relax on. the included breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options such as ful and omelet, bread, fruit, and tea.
The shower head in the bathroom might be a bit too low for taller individuals.

For the price we paid, we got very nice value. The room was clean and cozy, and the location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes away from the train station and Luxor's Temple. The staff at Sweet Hostel were amazing, always there to help and make us feel at home.
Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

My partner and I recently stayed at Sweet Hostel for our tour through Egypt and it was the best hostel we've experienced so far. The staff were incredibly friendly and the tours organized by them were fantastic. The yummy included breakfast and access to the clean kitchen on the rooftop made our stay even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in, 102, was spacious and had a well-working air conditioner, along with a private bathroom. The hostel was also impressively clean and provided free towels. We were even treated to cheap and delicious sugar cane juice.
Would recommend this hotel.
